Today i have for you all one of the most famous snacks from Maharashtra , my all time favorite ” Sabudana Vada / Sago Vada ” .

Crispy crunchy from outside and soft and spongy from inside …. sabudana vada is quiet tempting and addictive.. one can hardly resist eating it just one . Hot hot sabudana vada dipped in green chutney … ooh.. drooling.. Yummy !!

Hope you all are having a great weekend so far 😊 I'm enjoying my weekend with some deep fried indulgence. Sunday's breakfast is always special🖤 I enjoyed them hot with spicy green chutney and yogurt😋 Of course the adrak wali chai is a must. ☕
