Nicole trains at the prestigious Valrhona École du Grand Chocolat in France, with further studies at the Italian Culinary Institute. On her return to Ireland she commences the set up a decadent confectionery label clearly influenced by t
he tastes of Europe. The label is launched to the nation on RTE Radio’s Afternoon Show. Fine food shops and delicatessens in Ireland snap up the first offerings from Pandora Bell. The reaction is astounding and fledgling Pandora finds her feet within the culinary circles of Ireland. Here is what they said: "You want to see and taste perfection? Here it is, again. Nicole Dunphy's salted caramels and nougats and lollipops are of a standard no one in Ireland has ever achieved…’
Followed by an Image Businesswoman of the Year Award, a medal at Blas na hEireann, The Irish Food Awards and an entry in Food & Wine Magazine's Hot 100. Nicole is named by Image Magazine as one of Ireland's 100 most Inspiring Women, and most recently, shortlisted for the Entrepreneurial Award in Bord Bia, Irish Food Board, Awards. (AKA – The Oscars!)
Then we went International…
Our Chocolate Eggs appear in British Vogue, followed by ‘Some Candy Talking’ about the lollipops & sweets, again in British Vogue. We are chosen to exhibit at the World's Best Packaging Exhibition at the Taste Festival Berlin. Speaking of packaging, we also feature in the ‘Crafter's Guide to Packaging Handmade Products’ an American book by Viola E. Sutanto

Dolce & Gabbana use Pandora’s Candy Canes to decorate their Boutiques in London and Milan for Christmas. The lucky models at the Dolce & Gabbana Junior Party are pictured enjoying our lovely lollipops in an exclusive photo shoot for Italian Grazia. Vivienne Westwood also chooses our lollipops to launch her new fragrance 'Sunny Alice'. British Vogue tweeted the pictures of the promotional gifts including Pandora’s Lemon Lollipop.
