Some nice well grown Belclare Ram lambs in the Belclare premier sale in Tullamore this evening. All in the top %’s in the breed for Eurostars Anyone bidding online can collect from home at a later date.

We had a great day out at the Zwartbles Sheep Breeders of Ireland show & sale. All our entries found new homes and also have some nice new purchases coming home.

Our 3 ewe lambs were all pulled forward into the top 5 in the pre-sale show and went to sell for an average just over €860 with Paparazzi topping the ewe lamb trade @ €1120 to Twilight Blaze Zwartbles.
Pink Panther is heading to Cavan to join Oakvale Zwartbles flock & Portia is also Cavan bound to join Drumlap Zwartbles.

Our shearling ram found a new home with the Elm Hall Zwartbles flock and we hope he does well for their flock.

We were back in the show ring last weekend with Gorey & Athlone. Our fully homebred team had a great weekend.

We eventually got around to weaning the lambs.
Small bit of sorting to do for pedigree registering.
We’ll have a few of ewe lambs available at end of the month, keep an eye on the page for details or send me a message if you want to come and view.

One of the favourite teams from this years crop. Woodfield Making Headlines with her twin ewe lambs.
We will hopefully be offering one of these ewe lambs in the Zwartbles Sheep Breeders of Ireland show and sale in July.

Making headlines twin sister Woodfield Masterpiece was top price in last years Premier.

Her Dam was All Ireland Zwartbles Champion and NSBI Interbreed reserve champion in 2019
