Farming looks after a lot of things. Don’t forget the farmer.

Long days, difficult decisions, unpredictable weather, markets and the responsibility of keeping a farm running can all add up.

This , it’s worth remembering that checking in with someone can be as simple as stopping for a cup of tea, making a phone call or asking twice when someone says they’re grand.
