About the Role
We are seeking a Production Operator to join our fast paced food manufacturing team in Killashandra. The successful candidate will support daily production activities, ensure product quality, and maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Flexibility is essential, as you will be expected to support all areas of the business when required.
Key Responsibilities
• Machine Operation — Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Quality Control — Inspect products, complete documentation, and ensure compliance with strict hygiene and quality standards.
• Health & Safety — Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised working environment.
• Team Collaboration — Work closely with the Production Manager and colleagues to meet daily production targets.
Requirements
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team focused environment.
• Good communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours if required.
