Look what's back.... Ballyholey's Long Table and it was their best yet. The long table took place in The Counter Deli and it was phenomenal. The food and the atmosphere were electric. Donegal is truly blessed with the best producers, chefs and all round food scene. Fair play to Jimmy Stafford for keeping us all entertained and to the two musicians who played some incredible tunes.
Massive Thank you to Elaine, Simon, John & Tracey and to all the incredible chefs and behind the scene staff for making it such a wonderful night. I can't wait for the next one. Keep your eyes peeled for the next ticket drop.

🎉 Today marks 5 years of Ulster Mead Co.! 🍯🥂

Five years ago, we set out on a mission to create something unique here in Donegal. What began as a dream has grown into Donegal's first meadery, with our products now available in shops, restaurants, bars, and attractions across Ireland and beyond.

We're incredibly grateful to all our customers, business partners, suppliers, collaborators, musicians, friends, and family who have supported us along the way. Every bottle sold, every recommendation, and every word of encouragement has helped us reach this milestone.

A special thank you to our business partners who believed in a small local producer and helped bring our mead to people across the country.

From our meadery in Convoy, thank you for being part of our journey. We can't wait to share what the next five years will bring.

It was a pleasure to be part of the opening of the Errigal Arts Festival at the Villa Rose Hotel yesterday.

Great to see so many passionate and engaged people coming together to celebrate culture, community, and the rich heritage of our region.

It was also an honour to meet Chargé d’Affaires of the Republic of Poland to Ireland Mr. Artur Michalski and have the opportunity to represent Ulster Mead Co.

Thank you to everyone involved in organising such a great event. Looking forward to the rest of the festival! 😀

What a fantastic weekend at Whiskey Live Dublin 2026! 🥃🍯

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand, sampled our meads, shared stories, asked questions, and supported our journey. Meeting so many passionate whiskey and craft drinks enthusiasts was truly a pleasure 😀❤️
