Cork’s getting funky this Saturday 🫧
We’re delighted to be joining Cork on a Fork Fest for Cork’s Funky Fermentation — a deep dive (and taste!) into the wonderful world of fermented drinks.
📍 Counting House Drinks Theatre, South Main Street
📅 Saturday 15 August
⏰ 12pm
BKultured founder Niamh Hegarty will be joining fermentation specialist and Cask Beverage Director Linda O’Flynn, with food writer Caroline Hennessy leading the conversation.
We’ll be talking water kefir, kombucha, wild fermentation and why some of the best drinks are very much alive — plus, of course, there’ll be tastings along the way.
From Niamh’s journey taking BKultured from Ballymaloe to commercial production, to Linda’s adventures in wild fermentation, we’ll be getting into the craft, science and serious flavour behind fermentation.
Come curious. Leave cultured. 😉
The event is 18+ and registration is required. Spaces are limited, with some availability being held for walk-ins.
