We made this batch only a couple of days ago, so if you've never tried fresh kimchi, now's your chance to grab a jar from !

👉 SURA Kimchi transforms as it ages, and everyone has their favourite point in its fermentation process.

Around week 3 or 4 it starts to develop sour notes, and the flavour mellows while the texture stays crunchy. As it ages, it becomes tangier, more complex - perfect for cooking with!

Find out your favourite fermentation point - if you can resist finishing the jar before it gets there!

KIMCHI AVOCADO TOAST 🥑🍞🍳🌶

We had some unreal French sourdough from at the , which was just screaming out to be dressed up as Kimchi Avo Toast for breakfast so here we are!

Ingredients:
♡ Lovely, tasty bread of your choice
♡ Butter
♡ Cheese (I used Cheddar here but any cheese works!)
♡ 1 whole egg
♡ 1/2 a ripe avocado
♡ Peanut Rayu (optional)

Are you trying to get your hands on some delicious SURA kimchi but can't get to Coachford or Dripsey?

We will be doing a collection point in the SuperValu carpark in Ballincollig this Saturday, April 11th from 12PM until stock is sold out.

For those of you that want to try it but are afraid to commit to a medium or large jar, we have a few small jars left to sell before they are discontinued.
