Happy New Year to all those who stayed with us in 2025. With lovely customers visiting from all over the world to more local families, friends, and couples here in Ireland, we met some great people. It's also worth mentioning our fabulous and fun hen parties. You we're ALL fabulous and an absolute pleasure to host.

Last 4 days were all about the 'Pink!' 💗🫶💗
Re painting walls, chimneys, toilets, apples and pitter patter feet trail up to pink apple orchard!!! it's all looking super pink and super pretty! Even the Pink Heather is out! 💗

After spending weeks clearing fallen trees and pruning apple trees...it was an absolute joy today working alongside the birds singing! Martin and Rojo made me the frame and super special eye, then willow weaving I began! It's hard to see but i used a selection of different willow rods that we grow. 🥰 These days are special in between all the hard days!

As the weather holds up for us lots more jobs completed... a new willow fedge woven with this year's grown willow, our pizza oven gets a new white wash! And the kitchen and toilet block get their roofs painted.... all in a days work! So to speak!!
