Ok I know, I’m not the most active on here 😅 but I have to share this! (Promise I will try to take more time to come back here)

A few months ago, I had the honor of being selected alongside Chef Michelin Chef to take part in the At home in Ireland exhibition:
A celebration of gastronomy, culture, and shared heritage.
We had the chance to shoot the portraits within the beautiful walls of the French Residence.

This July 14th, the exhibition was officially unveiled during the Bastille Day celebrations at the newly renovated and stunning Residence 🇫🇷✨
I’m endlessly grateful for this opportunity : to cross paths with inspiring peers, to share stories, and proudly carry our culinary heritage forward.

As Claudine Bakery quietly approaches its 1st anniversary, I’ll allow myself, just this once, a little moment of pride.
Pride in the sacrifices made, the journey so far, and the unexpected echo that my sweet creations,however small seem to have.
It lifts me up and fuels me on this entrepreneurial path, as sweet as it is full of challenges.

So thank you, truly for being here, for showing up, and for believing in this sweet adventure💛
