For our fifth summer pairing we combined beautifully grilled chicken heart skewers from Butcher.ie with whole roasted sea bass from Seafood.ie creating a pairing built around contrast between rich fire cooked flavour and delicate fresh seafood.

Finished with vibrant chimichurri, grilled flatbreads, fresh herbs and bright citrus bringing balance across every element on the table.
