Three non negotiables to improve your running! 🏃🏼‍♀️

1. Nutrition! Running burns a lot of calories, so you need to eat more to make up for it! Eating more will give you the energy for your runs! I use to ensure I meet my calorie goal! It contains 13 superfoods, 5g of fibre and 31g of protein! 🥦

2. Recovery! You can only train as well as you recover! Running is very taxing on the body, so you need to prioritise recovery to make up for that! Recovery allows the body to repair itself and adapt to the stress of exercise, preventing overtraining and injury while improving performance! 📈

3. Mindset! You need to enforce positive thinking on all your runs! Your mind will give up long before your body will, so you need to ensure you keep a positive mindset! Practice this on all your runs, so that on race day you will have a great mindset! 🌈
