Last month we officially kicked off our 20th anniversary celebrations with a very special event in The Dining Room.

The event was created for food lovers, by food lovers, with a room filled with some of the most influential people in the Irish food and wine scene. Alongside them, many of our producers and suppliers, some of whom have been with us for 20 years, and many we have met along the way.

Each dish on the menu celebrated these suppliers and their passion to bringing the very best food to our plates.

A huge thank you to the incredible for hosting the evening, to the brilliant team at , and to everyone who joined us.

When Chimac was just starting out, Fallon & Byrne was one of the very first retailers to stock their mouthwatering sauces. Fast-forward to now, they’ve gone global, and we’re celebrating their success together for our 20th anniversary celebrations.

As part of our 20th anniversary, Executive Chef Hugh is shaking up The Dining Room with a brand new menu, with nibbles, sharing plates, oysters, and plenty in between.

Join us for three courses or just simply pop in for by for some oysters and a glass of champagne. ��One of our favourites from the menu are the crispy potato cakes with crème fraîche, Goatsbridge caviar and chive. They are sensational!
