Dear Friends!
This upcoming weekend will be our last days at Grand Canal Dock.

The past 11 months have been an incredible journey for us, and we’re so grateful that you’ve been a part of it.
From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank you for your support, kind words, valuable advice, and also apologize for any slip-ups along the way :)
A special thank you goes to those who have been with us from the very beginning.

Thanks to our food truck, we’ve had the chance to meet many wonderful, amazing people, and we are truly grateful for that.
When we started, we never imagined we’d get to work with the Polish Embassy, be a part of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP), and participate in other great events.

For us, Polish cuisine is something we love, something we’re proud of, and something we want to keep promoting in Ireland – that has always been our goal.

We’ll soon let you know about our next steps. Of course, we’ll continue to provide catering and support various events – feel free to reach out! :)

We especially invite you to join us on the weekend of June 5–6 – we’ll have a small sweet surprise prepared for each of you ;)

We’re not saying goodbye, just see you somewhere else!

Dear friends, we’ve got some souper exciting news – from now on, every week we’ll be serving a different traditional Polish soup! 🍲

We’re kicking things off with our chef’s personal favorite – Zupa Ogórkowa (Polish Pickle Soup)! 🥒
It’s as sour as a Monday morning, but as comforting as a Sunday nap after lunch. Made with a hearty broth (veg or meat), tangy fermented cucumbers, and tender potatoes – it’s basically childhood in a bowl… minus the chores 😄

Na pierwszy ogień idzie ulubienica naszego kucharza – zupa ogórkowa! 🥒
Kwaśna jak poniedziałek rano, ale za to rozgrzewająca jak niedzielna drzemka po obiedzie. Gotowana na warzywnym lub mięsnym wywarze, z solidną porcją kiszonych ogórków i ziemniaczków. Smakuje jak dzieciństwo... tylko bez obowiązków 😄

11 kwietnia mieliśmy ogromną przyjemność uczestniczyć w spotkaniu z Panią Marszałek Senatu RP, Małgorzatą Kidawą-Błońską. Był to dla nas wielki zaszczyt móc serwować nasze potrawy podczas tego wydarzenia.
Szczególne podziękowania kierujemy do Ambasady RP w Dublinie za okazane zaufanie.
Dla nas to coś więcej niż tylko praca — z każdym kolejnym krokiem staramy się być coraz lepsi.
On April 11th, we had the great pleasure of taking part in a meeting with the Marshal of the Senate of the Republic of Poland, Ms. Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska.
It was a true honour for us to serve our food during this special event.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Dublin for their trust and support.
For us, this is more than just a job — with every step we take, we strive to become even better.

Hi everyone! We are taking part in Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP). WOŚP is an annual fundraising event in Poland aimed at supporting healthcare initiatives, primarily focused on providing medical equipment for hospitals and improving access to healthcare for children and the elderly.

Thank you to the Polish Embassy for entrusting us with such an important occasion! We had the honor and privilege to provide catering services at the Polish Embassy during the special event marking Poland’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

We love Polish food in every version of it! Here finger-food style of something you eat in daily basis in Poland and our twisted version of steamed bun 😎

😍We can't believe how close we are to the event...!

🥶It's been a cold cold week, but we have to admit - we didn't feel any of that freeze with the fever going on 😅🔥 We're all set, and we can't wait to see you at Bremore Castle in just 15 days!!!!

🥰Our event is free for all to attend and proceeds from all sales during the concert are going in 100% towards GOCC.
All food vendors and artists perform for free for the public to enjoy.
This is a non-profit charity event.
