We offer a range of Ready to Bake Cookie pellets for the catering industry in 11 standard flavors and 9 Gluten Free Flavors. Our products are handmade in the Northeast of Ireland and are free from artificial preservatives and additives. We also have a range of Bake at Home dry cookie mixes which are ideal for the retail market. Each mix can be made egg free and dairy free if required, which makes

them unique. This means our customers can have a cookie on the go and still enjoy them with the family at home.
