Pure Food Company The "Salad Man" to most Cian Hawes and Paul Power set up the business in August 2013. It was through this passion that Pure Food Company was established.

Both Cian and Paul have a long history in Horticulture and met through an organics venture in Waterford. They have grown their own fruit and veg for a number of years using traditional organic methods and are keen foragers of our local and under utilised native wild species of plants, seaweeds and mushrooms. it was through their meeting that they discovered their mutual love and respect for all th

ings wild, natural and pure. Pure Food Company produce and manufacture a range of sauces, preserves and infused oils using locally grown fruit and veg and a selection of Irelands under used native wild plant species. all our ingredients our produced by us or reputable local growers using traditional organic methods. Our ranges are free from additives and preservatives and are produced using only the finest of our own organically produced fruit and vegetables and the best of locally sourced ingredients.
