We are a little late to the Great Taste party but we were really delighted to find out our lovely Ash Log & our St Tola Beag were both awarded 2 Stars at the recent Great Taste Awards!
Judge's said of the ash log
"....a showstopper that promises creaminess & delivers with confidence.....
And of the Beag "....A stunning looking log with a long flavour journey -strong, and floral.."

It's great validation for the team here to see all our hard work & innovation paying off!

Come along to our last Public Tour of the summer this coming Wednesday 12th August at 10.30am. You'll get up close to our lovely goats, see our milking parlour & of course get to taste all the delicious cheeses that we make here! Cheeses will include our St Tola Beag & St Tola Ash log - both of which won 2 Stars at The Great Taste Awards recently!

Gates open at 10.15am & tour starts at 10.30 sharp. €15 adults, €8 children €45 for a family ticket. Just a DM or email or a call & let us know you are coming.
