Breakfast at Bearu, New Ross, Co. Wexford ☕🥞🍳

One of those breakfasts where choosing just one thing wasn’t going to happen. We had fluffy berry pancakes with mascarpone cream, a warm and seriously indulgent cinnamon roll, and poached eggs with mushrooms, mushroom ketchup and salsa verde — all finished off with a proper cappuccino. 🤎

The pancakes were rich, fruity and beautifully soft, while the savoury plate had loads of earthy mushroom flavour with that fresh hit from the salsa verde. And that cinnamon roll… definitely one for anyone with a sweet tooth. 😍

A lovely breakfast stop if you’re around New Ross and looking for somewhere to settle in with good food and coffee.

Food- Tasty and good portions. Serving temperature were good. Found food to be oily and too heavy. 3/5.
Service- Attentive and polite. 4/5.
Atmosphere - Vibrant but music too low. 4/5.
Value for Money - Expensive and a once of treat meal. Not a everyday restaurant 3/5.
