This chicken pasta deserves a spot in your weekly rotation.

Juicy seasoned chicken, peppers, tomatoes, herbs, pasta and Parmesan all coming together in one pan… simple but SO good.

This is one of those meals you make when you want something quick without compromising on flavour.

Save this recipe for later because I already know somebody is going to be asking “what are we eating?”

And tell me; extra Parmesan on yours or leave it as it is?

Should I make this a Food by Aleecooks service?

One of my girls was preparing to have her baby and asked if I could come over and help her prepare some postpartum meals. Of course I said yes — she’s my girl, and if I can make those first few weeks a little easier, why not?

We cooked, portioned and stocked her freezer with proper home-cooked meals ready for when baby arrived.

Then someone saw what I did and said, “Why don’t you actually offer this as a service?”

And now you lot have me thinking 😂

So help me with a little market research:

A — I come to your home and batch cook everything 👩🏾‍🍳
B — I prepare & portion everything from my kitchen for collection/delivery

Which would YOU genuinely prefer?

And congratulations again to my baby girl on the arrival of her beautiful baby boy 💙🥹
