Rich, smooth and dangerously moreish, this is the stout that takes the biscuit. Brewed with caramelised biscuit and cinnamon, Scoff Limits serves up layers of sweet biscuit, warming spice and roasted malt, all wrapped up in a beautifully smooth stout.

Join the Wicklow Wolf Running Club this coming Friday the 16th of October, for a fun and social run around Vartry Reservoir. The route will be an 8.5km loop with some cold refreshing cans of Wicklow Wolf 0.5 awaiting you at the end.

If you’re thinking of joining us but aren’t currently a member of the club, please drop us a message to let us know you’ll be attending and for the meeting time and location. As the evenings get darker, please remember to bring a fully charged phone and a head torch.

We’re delighted to announce the winners of our Elevate Your Day competitions. Since launching in February, we have brought Elevation to new heights across bars, restaurants, independent off licences and supermarkets.

Introducing Endangered Species no. 72 - Scoff Limits.

Rich, smooth & moreish, Scoff Limits is a stout that takes the biscuit. Brewed with caramelised biscuit and cinnamon, it brings layers of sweet biscuit, warming spice and roasted malt together in a deliciously smooth stout base. Deep caramel notes meet a gentle roasted bitterness, with a lingering biscuit finish that’s made to be savoured.

Some things are just too good to share. You’ll be telling people this b**r is “Scoff Limits”.

Introducing Endangered Species No. 71 - Slaughter Hill. From the brewery, an old road climbs into the shadows of the Wicklow Mountains. Once called Slí Uachtar - the upper way - it is said to be travelled by a black wolf when the last light fades. Those who encounter it are warned to let it pass. Do not follow. Do not look back.

We’ve followed that wolf into the darkness with this bold Black IPA. Pouring jet black with a deep ruby glow, the b**r opens with aromas of roasted coffee, toasted caramel and dark chocolate. Layers of rich malt sweetness give way to a clean roast, while waves of citrus zest, tropical fruit and resinous pine cut through the shadows. A lingering bitterness marks the end of the journey.

Dark and unforgiving at 6.66%, Slaughter Hill is a b**r for those who dare to take the upper way. Just don’t look back.

First released in 2019 to mark our 5th birthday, Pointy Shoes returns in 2026.

A Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, aged in bourbon barrels for 12 months, this year’s Pointy Shoes was brewed to celebrate our 12th birthday.

Coming in at 14.3%, you can expect smooth bourbon notes of oak and vanilla, complemented by rich coffee and chocolate flavours from the malt bill.

Available now in the wild in all good independent off licences.

ECO TRAIL WICKLOW 2026

What a day, what a race and what a community. We are proud sponsors of EcoTrail Wicklow, a partnership that goes back to the first race and it just keeps getting better every year. It was a privilege to watch everyone cross the finish line with big smiles after a hard run and to share some of our Wicklow Wolf 0.5 b**r with them. A massive congrats to all the finishers, including our co-founder Simon and his Daughter Adah, taproom team member Melanie and all the Wicklow Wolf Running Club members who braved the incredible Wicklow terrain and finished strong.

A massive thanks to everyone at Eco Trail Wicklow, all the volunteers and marshals. It was great to see our friends Dynafit, Outwest and ALTAR Fuel there too, supporting, running and fuelling everyone for the day.

We will see you all at the finish line again next year. Cheers.

This month we're celebrating our 12th birthday. Sometimes we forget to take a breath and look back at how far we have come. From a pilot kit in an old bakery in Bray to our new purpose built brewery in Newtownmountkennedy, we have brewed over 160 b**rs over the last twelve years and here is to many more.
