Adam had a quiet day at Youghal market so we have some BON BEANS to share. If you're local, send us a quick message and we may be able to deliver in time to make a healthy beans on toast meal tonight. We'll also have them available at the honesty box on the centre block tomorrow. Be a shame to waste such good food.

We had a great day at Youghal Community Market, great help and support from the other traders as well as plenty of interested customers.
We had BON BEANS,, seasonal salad, mucho mushrooms, pickles,pastes, kimchi, and the addictive confit garlic, great chats and excellent music from Christophe, Anna and Kate.

Thanks to Shane and Vera for organising such a wonderful community market. See you all there next week.

They're back.

We'll have delicious, nutritious BON BEANS available from 11.30am in Passage West today.

Ask in the craft shop for details...

Made with green beans, onions and tomatoes grown on our community land by our amazing volunteers and using organic haricot beans, organic carrots, organic celery, smoked paprika from Frank Hederman, celtic sea salt, turmeric, organic tomatoes and love.
Served with seasonal kimchi made from "leftover leaves" (we don't want to waste a single one) and sourdough toast.

Jars will also be available at the honesty box located opposite the craft shop.

We've been very busy up on the land and the harvesting is starting. All the food is grown without chemicals and with wonderful effort from volunteers. So using our own onions, purple beans, and organic haricot beans with the best organic tomatoes, some of Frank Hederman's smoked paprika, we've come up with our BON BEANS.
We'll have them hot on toast for brunch outside the craft shop tomorrow from 12pm and we'll have jars for sale to take home.
A great chance to eat well and support locally grown 💚
