we sold lots of beautiful salmon , so here’s an easy, crowd-pleasing recipe to help you wow your guests this Christmas 🎄✨ shares his go-to festive salmon centrepiece using fresh salmon from Als Fish Shop, simple to prepare and full of flavour.
Festive Salmon Recipe
• 1 side of salmon
• A drizzle of olive oil
• Juice of 1 orange
• Zest + juice of 1 lemon
• Handful of chopped parsley
• Handful of chopped dill
• 2 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
• 1 tbsp honey
• Salt & pepper
Mix everything together, coat the salmon well and bake until just cooked through. Finish with a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds to add colour and a festive touch ✨

I guess being a fishmonger is much more than filleting fish… it’s about community, passion, hard work, and a good dose of humour along the way.
