We operate in Dublin, Ireland, an ideal base to service customers in the EU looking for British products without having to deal with customs duties, VAT charges and clearing fees for parcels sourced from the UK. Of course Irish citizens abroad missing their Barry's tea and other Irish brands can also take advantage of our service. South African clients will also benefit from the opportunity to source familiar brands and products such as Cadbury, Rowntree, Lux and curry spices! In time we will be investing more in sourcing South African and American products.

Terms and conditions

1. We offer a shopping and packing service only.
2. All shipping is at the customer's cost. Whilst every care will be taken to pack the goods securely, we accept no liability for any goods damaged in transit
3. Full payment of courier and service fees is required before goods will be collected for shipping.
4. Shipping on any returned goods will be to the customer's cost.

How it works

Contact us with your requirements. We will either assist you with info on how to shop online with Irish retailers or get back to you with a quote on what you are looking for. Payments can be made via Revolut, Wise, bank transfer or a card payment link can be sent to you.

Once payment has been cleared, goods will be collected, packed and sent out by courier or through the postal services.

As every expat knows, it's not always easy finding your familiar favourites in a new country. The Chow Shopper was originally meant to be another expat food shop but what if there is another way? Rather than be limited to what one online shop has, what if you could pick from a supermarket's wider selection? What if what you need is from the toiletries isle or a food product not carried by expat shops? By using our personal shopping service, you can have your purchases up to 5kg collected and prepared for shipping from just €10. Courier and postal service costs will be quoted separately.
