These events are open to all farmers and their families to attend.
There has been a lot to contend with this year in farming and life in general and it is so important to look after ourselves, make some time for you and enjoy a chat with a great group.
Social Farming Ireland is excited to announce a series of wellbeing events specifically for farmers, their families and the farming community!
🗓 These events will take place this October and November across five regional locations in Ireland, focusing on mental health, stress management, and overall well-being!
Our lineup of speakers and mental health advocates will address the unique challenges farmers face, from financial pressures to unpredictable weather. These talks aim to reduce the stigma around mental health in the farming community and provide practical tools for stress management and building a supportive network.
