Valentia Island Vermouth is a sweet vermouth, golden in colour, and made from 20 different botanicals including locally foraged plants and herbs from the island.

HOW DO YOU SPELL SBAGLIATO? I don’t know but I know how to drink it 🥃🤸🏻‍♀️👌 AD

This is a Negroni Sbagliato which is made with Prosecco rather than gin. Sbagliato means broken or mistaken. So from now as Gaeilge, this is called a Negroní Briste 🥃😆

You can build this in the glass. Get a tumbler, fill it with ice and add:
35ml Valentia Island Vermouth
35ml Campari
Topped up with Prosecco
Garnished with a slice of orange

ITS THE BANK HOLIDAY, It’s Easter and we are making a chocolate Negroni 🍫🍫🍫🍫 AD

Get a big jug, fill it with ice and add:
35ml Valentia Island Vermouth
35ml gin we used
35ml Campari
10ml chocolate liqueur
A few drops of chocolate bitters
Stir until it’s too cold to hold
Strain over ice and serve with a twist of orange

Oooooh the sun is shining! 🌞 AD We are and we have made a delicious Spritz taking inspiration from Paperwork 👏
Fill a glass with ice and add
35ml Valentia Island Vermouth
25ml Poitín
25ml Atlantic Dry
Topped with
A few drops of orange
Stir and garnish with thyme 🍹

The sun is out here on d’island and we are having a Valentia FruitCup 🌞🦄🍋

You could totally make this in a big jug for lots of people or get a big wine glass, fill it with ice and add
🍹35ml Valentia Island Vermouth
🍹35ml gin - we used delicious spicy
🍹ginger ale - we love Irish brand
🍹topped off with some lemonade or soda water
🍹garnish with fruit and basil if you have it
🍹Best served at a windy lighthouse 😆

Absolutely thrilled to feature in today 📰 🤸🏻‍♀️🥳

We had a lovely afternoon in the kitchen when and her husband Paul came to visit us here on d’island. We drank V&Ts and laughed till the cows came home.

We are following the transatlantic cable and next month are bringing Valentia Island Vermouth across the Atlantic to Boston, New York and Washington DC. We truly cant wait to see our beautiful buidéal on the shelves over there🗽

Get a big wine glass, fill it with ice and add:
50ml Valentia Island Vermouth
75ml Sparkling rosé
A dash of soda to help the bubbles
Garnish with pomegranates
Serve with loads of kisses 😘
