✨ Meet our new AI Health Helper ✨

I’m so excited to introduce something brand new to our online store — an AI helper designed to bring a little bit of our in-store experience to you at home.

For over 25 years, I’ve worked as a nutritional therapist and health store owner, helping customers choose natural remedies and supplements to support their wellbeing. In the shop, when someone comes in with a health concern, we don’t just point them to a product — we ask questions, listen carefully, and try to understand what support may be most appropriate.

Now, I’ve trained our new AI helper with my knowledge and experience in natural health, nutrition, supplements, and remedies, so online customers can get guided support too.

You can tell the AI helper what you’re struggling with, ask a question, or explain what kind of support you’re looking for. It will then guide you through a few simple questions to help narrow down suitable natural supplement options.

As always, we don’t claim to treat or cure health conditions with natural medicine — but we do believe in helping you make informed choices to support your body naturally.

Pop over to the website [www.healthhubstore.com](http://www.healthhubstore.com) and try our new AI Health Helper today 💚

Your online health store experience just got a little more personal.

📞Radio Health Q&A on Cork 103FM June 15th

Today we covered a lovely mix of listener questions around natural health and everyday wellbeing. Topics included natural support for nasal nodules or sinus-type issues, unexplained itchy or painful skin sensations, hair quality, menopause support, travel sickness in children, low-carb/high-protein eating, low iron, and chronic pain.

A few key takeaways:
🌿Allergies, sinus irritation, or inflammation may sometimes play a role in nasal symptoms, so it’s worth looking at possible triggers.
🌿Painful or itchy skin sensations without a rash should always be checked, especially if persistent, severe, or unusual.
🌿For hair quality, nutrition is key — especially protein, iron, zinc, B vitamins, vitamin D, and essential fatty acids.
🌿When choosing between a multivitamin and menopause support, it depends on the person’s symptoms, diet, stage of life, and overall health picture.
🌿For travel sickness in children, ginger, acupressure bands, fresh air, light meals, and looking ahead rather than down can be helpful.
🌿For healthy weight and blood sugar support, a simple low-carb, high-protein approach can be a good starting point for many people.
🌿For low iron, especially when standard iron supplements aren’t tolerated, gentler forms may be worth discussing with a practitioner.
🌿For chronic pain, natural support may include anti-inflammatory nutrition, magnesium, omega-3s, movement, stress support, and identifying root causes.

As always, natural options can be very supportive, but ongoing, severe, or unexplained symptoms should be checked by your GP or healthcare practitioner.

🌿 Radio Health Slot June 8th Cork 103FM - Natural Health Q&A Highlights 🌿

We covered a wide range of health topics today, proving once again that there is rarely a one-size-fits-all answer when it comes to wellbeing.

Some of the questions discussed included:
✅ Natural support for intercostal muscle strains and broken rib recovery
✅ Is collagen worth taking, and what is the best type for your needs?
✅ Common causes of bloating and nausea after eating & practical natural remedies
✅ Supporting recovery after shingles affecting the eye
✅ Can NAC help with skin-picking behaviours?
✅ Natural approaches to managing fungal toenails

One of the recurring themes was the importance of addressing the root cause rather than simply masking symptoms. Whether it's digestive issues, chronic inflammation, skin concerns, or recovery from illness, understanding what's driving the problem is often the key to lasting improvement.

Remember, what works for one person may not work for another. The best results usually come from looking at the whole picture – diet, lifestyle, stress, gut health, nutrient status, and individual circumstances.

Did you know the supplements you buy every week could soon change? 😭☹️😧😭
Proposed EU maximum dosage limits could mean many popular supplements, like Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Magnesium and B vitamins, may have to be reduced in strength, reformulated, or removed from Irish shelves.
For us this means less choice, more confusion, and less access to the products they rely on to support their everyday health.
This isn’t about ignoring safety. It’s about protecting your right to choose safe, effective supplements.
