The Dairy Free Kid Let's make dairy allergies more known so we don't have to struggle anymore! Let's help eachother! She is an amazing little girl who takes it all in her stride!

Norah is a child who has suffered from a dairy allergy so severe she has been admitted to hospital a number of times due to breathing difficulties. We have overcome so many hurdles with changing her diet and correcting the effects that dairy had caused to her body, eczema, respiratory problems, bowel issues to name a few. I have made it my aim since discovering the allergy to cater for her so she doesnt miss out, We wanted her to have a healthy varied diet which tasted good too. Norah has been the inspiration for my book I am currently writing to help others that just because it has to dairy free doesnt mean it has to be boring!
