נעים להכיר! אנחנו ערדג בע"מ - חברת החקלאות הימית המסחרית הגדולה והוותיקה ביותר בארץ לגידול דגי ים.
לערדג מכון לרבייה בעל כושר ייצור שנתי של מעל 10 מליון דגיגים, חוות פיטום ימית לדגי דניס בעלת כושר ייצור שנתי של כ- 1,200 טון וכן שותפות בחוות גידול דגי חדקן לייצור קוויאר יוקרתי, המשווק ברחבי העולם ומצטיין בטעמו ואיכותו.
יש לנו ניסיון בגידול דגים בכלובים בים האדום ובים התיכון ואף בגידול אינטנסיבי של דגי ים במערכות יבשתיות מסוחררות תוך שיווק סדיר של דגי דניס בסדר גודל של 120 טון לשנה במסגרת הפעלה של מתקן חלוץ בתחום זה. הניסיון המצטבר ונתוני הגידול המסחרי במכון הרבייה ובחוות הפיטום של ערדג משמשים כבסיס נתונים לפיתוח מודלים המאפשרים בחינה ושיפור מדדי גידול וייצור בערדג בפרט ובחקלאות הימית בכלל.
במהלך פעילות החברה, צברנו ניסיון ארוך טווח, קשרים מסחריים, רישיון ייבוא/יצוא והיתרים הנדרשים לקידום פרויקטים בתחום החקלאות והביוטכנולוגיה. הבאנו לשיתופי פעולה עם גופים מחקריים ומסחריים במספר פרויקטי מחקר ופיתוח שמטרתם שיפור ופיתוח של החקלאות הימית. במסגרת זו התבצעו פרויקטים לבחינה וקידום של טכנולוגיות גידול מתקדמות כגון מערכות יבשתיות מסוחררות לגידול אינטנסיבי של דגי ים, פיתוח שיטות גידול אורגניזמים ימיים כגון קיפודי ים וכן ביות וגידול חקלאי סדיר של מיני דגים כגון דקר המכמורות, דג הקיפון ואף טונה כחולת סנפיר.
מכון הרבייה שלנו ממוקם באילת בשטח של כ27 דונם המיועדים לפעילות חקלאית. למכון מערכות לשאיבה, סינון וחיטוי של כ500 מק"ש מי ים המבטיחות אספקה סדירה של מים איכותיים מים סוף. בנוסף, למכון מערכות פיקוד, בקרה והתראה למערכות הנ"ל וכן לשליטה במליחות, טמפרטורה (חימום וקירור), ריכוז חמצן ואף תאורה באופן המיטבי לצרכים השונים. למכון מערכות המותאמות לכל שלבי הגידול החל מלהקות הרבייה, דרך שלבי הגידול הלרוולי, גידול אצות ומזון חי מיקרוסקופי ועד גידול הדגיגים לטובת הפצתם בביטחה לחוות הגידול. צוות מיומן ורב ניסיון בתחום החקלאות הימית וצוות אחזקה המבטיח את פעילותו התקינה של המכון סביב השעון.
המכון באילת מציע ליזם משאבים רבים הכוללים שטח עבודה (משרד ו/או מעבדה רטובה/יבשה), שטח ניסוי/ייצור ומערכות מים ואנרגיה המותאמות לדרישות היזם, בהתאם להתפתחות הפרויקט. למכון הרבייה יש את האפשרות להעמיד לרשות היזם ליווי וייעוץ בתחום הביולוגי וההנדסי ואף לספק שירותי אחזקה וטכנאות בהתאם לנדרש ע"י היזם.
