Chuck roast doesn't get enough respect. It's an affordable, often overlooked cut — and braised low and slow in a silan (date syrup), Dijon, and Worcestershire sauce, it comes out fall-apart tender. Fifteen minutes of prep, then the oven does all the work and you get all the credit.
