The wait is over! My TEDx talk has just been officially published on YouTube. 🎤✨

For years, we've been working to transform one of history's oldest challenges into one of tomorrow's biggest opportunities: feeding the world sustainably using locust protein.

In 15 minutes, I cover the story, the science, and why this simple shift could change the global food system forever.

Take a look, drop a comment on YouTube with your thoughts, and share the link with anyone who cares about the future of our planet!
