Families gather among the olive trees to pick the season’s fruit, continuing a tradition rooted in the land for generations. The harvest brings together food, livelihood, family, and memories with olives becoming everything from the oil poured over our tables to the branches and motifs woven into Palestinian Tatreez.
From the tree to the table, and from the land to the stitch, the olive is a story of Palestinian heritage.

Our Olive Tatreez Tea Towel brings one of Palestine’s most cherished symbols into the home. 🌿🫒
Hand-embroidered by women artisans in the West Bank, the intricate design takes around 2 hours to stitch, reflecting the patience, skill, and care behind every piece.
We’ve also embroidered the Arabic word “زيتون” (Zaytoun) meaning olive — onto the towel, honouring the name of this beloved tree and its deep connection to Palestinian land, food, culture, and heritage.
Made with locally sourced materials and crafted entirely by hand, each purchase helps support meaningful work for a talented woman artisan in Palestine.
A simple everyday piece, carrying a story of land, heritage, and resilience.

Juicy watermelons, golden olives, sweet figs, fragrant citrus, and the beloved prickly pear each fruit carries its own taste of the land and its own place in Palestinian life.
These are more than fruits; they are part of harvests shared with family, flavours passed down through generations, and memories rooted in the land.
From season to season, the fruits of Palestine tell a story of abundance, heritage, and home. Tatreez PalestinianTatreez CulturalHeritage TasteOfPalestine

In Palestine, you rarely leave a home with an empty stomach. ❤️🍽️
Food is a language of hospitality a table filled with maqluba, musakhan, maftoul, hummus, falafel, stuffed grape leaves, fresh bread, olives, and so much more. There is always something to share, another plate to offer, and a place to make room for one more.
Palestinian food is deeply connected to the land, the seasons, and generations of family recipes passed down around the table. It is not simply about what we eat, but about gathering, generosity, and making people feel at home.
This World Food Day, we celebrate the flavours of Palestine and the beautiful tradition of sharing them with others.
Because in Palestine, food is never just food. It is a way of saying: welcome, sit with us, there is always room at the table. 🇵🇸

The coffee motif in Palestinian Tatreez reflects the deep cultural importance of qahwa قهوة a drink shared in homes, offered to guests, and woven into moments of hospitality and connection.
Through Tatreez, even a simple coffee ritual becomes part of a larger story: one of tradition, gathering, and memories passed from one generation to the next.

In Palestine, qahwa (قهوة) is more than a drink. Traditionally brewed strong and often flavoured with cardamom, Arabic coffee is closely woven into Palestinian hospitality offered to guests, shared with family, and enjoyed around conversations that can last for hours.
From the home to the coffeehouse, the ritual of pouring and sharing a cup carries a simple message: you are welcome here. Coffeehouses have long served as gathering places for conversation, storytelling, games, and community life.
This World Coffee Day, we celebrate not just the coffee, but the memories, traditions, and connections held in every little cup.
