Snickerdoodle Soft cinnamon-sugar coated cookies with cream of tartar tang.
🍴 INGREDIENTS
All-purpose flour: 2 3/4 cups
Cream of tartar: 2 tsp
Baking soda: 1 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Butter (softened): 1 cup (2 sticks)
Granulated sugar: 1 1/2 cups
Large Eggs: 2
Vanilla extract: 2 tsp
Sugar for rolling: 1/4 cup
Cinnamon for rolling: 2 tsp
📌 M**HOD
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients. Shape dough into small balls and roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes.
