Mango Millet Muffins
Ingredients:
1 cup jowar or sorghum flour
1/4 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup mango pieces
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup raw sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup curd
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla or mango essence
1/4 cup mango pieces
Method: In a blender jar, add oil, curd, sugar, milk and mango. Blend it in smooth paste. Now add all the dry ingredients and essence and mix well. At last add mango pieces and mix it again. Preheat the oven or Kadhai for 10 minutes. Bake it for 30 minutes on low flame or 180c in oven.
Nuts and chocolate chips can be added.

Mango Makhana kheer
Ingredients:
500 ml full fat milk
2 tbsp soaked rice
1/4 cup fox seeds or Makhana
4 tbsp raw sugar or white sugar
1/2 cup mango puree
Saffron
2-3 cardamom
2 tbsp cashews & Almonds
1 tsp ghee
Method: Soak rice in water for 20 minutes. Boil milk and add rice in it. Let it cook properly. Now roast Makhana, saffron and cardamom for few minutes until they get crispy and blend them in powder. Add in milk, add sugar and cook for few more minutes. Let it become creamy and thick. Fry nuts in ghee and add in kheer. At last add mango puree in kheer and let it cool in refrigerator for few hours. Now garnish with nuts, mango pieces andserve .

Black Chana Sandwich
Ingredients:
Whole wheat bread
1 cup boiled black Chana
4 tbsp curd
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped onion
Coriander leaves
Chaat masala
Salt as per taste
Mash the boiled chana and kix all the ingredients together and add spices. Add curd and mix it well. Now apply on bread slices properly and cover with another slice. Roast or grill from both sides until crisp.

Jowar chocolate cake
Millet Chocolate Cake
Ingredients :
1 cup jowar/ sorghum flour
1/4 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup jaggery powder
1 cup milk
1/4 cup curd
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp chocolate extract or vanilla essence
3 tbsp coco powder
2 tbsp choco chips
1/4 cup walnuts
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Method: Blend jaggery powder in warm milk .Now add oil and curd , mix well. Now add both flours,baking powder, baking soda and coco powder. Add chocolate extract and choco chips. Mix it well. Now transfer in to a 6”6 inch baking tin, put walnuts on top and bake for 35-40 minutes on low flame or in oven. Preheat it prior.

Here’s a traditional Gujarati/Rajasthani-style Gunde Ka Achaar (Lasoda Pickle) recipe — spicy, tangy, and perfect with thepla, paratha, or dal-rice.
Ingredients
* 750 g gunda (glue berries / lasoda)
* 500 ml mustard oil
* 2 tbsp salt (or to taste)
* 1 tbsp turmeric powder
* 3 tbsp red chilli powder
* 1 tbsp rai kuria (split mustard seeds)
* 1 tbsp methi kuria (split fenugreek seeds)
* 2 tbsp fennel seeds (saunf)
* ⁠2 tbsp fenugreek seeds
* ⁠1 tbsp kalonji seeds
1 tsp hing (asafoetida)
* 300 gm grated raw mango
Method
1. Wash the gunda well and wipe dry.
2. Boil them in turmeric water for 3–5 minutes until slightly soft.
3. Cool them and put in a cloth for 2-3 hours.
4. ⁠Roast all whole spices and crush them. Keep some as it is to put in pickle .
5. ⁠Grate raw mango and mix all spices in it.
6. Heat mustard oil till hot, then cool slightly.
7. ⁠Now mix all the ingredients in a vessel.
8. ⁠keep it covered and mix it once in a day.
9. ⁠After 3-4 days ,put gunda into a clean glass jar and pour oil over them.
*Make sure oil covers the pickle completely.
*Keep covered for 3–4 days, shaking the jar once daily.
Your pickle will be ready in about a week and stays good for several weeks if stored properly.

Ragi Apple choco sandwich
8-10 dates seedless
1/2 cup Ragi flour
2 tbsp wheat flour
2 tsp coco powder
1/2 cup milk
1/8 tsp baking powder
2 tsp oil
1 small apple
1 tsp sugar (optional)
Method : soak dates in milk for 20 minutes. Now take a blender jar and add soaked dates along with milk, add ragi flour, coco powder and oil. Blend it into smooth paste. Now add wheat flour and baking powder. Mix it well. Take toaster, heat it for few
Seconds, now apply butter and arrange apple slices as shown. Sprinkle some sugar and pour batter and cook it for 10-12 minutes until it gets cook properly from both sides . Cut it and apply some Nutella.
