Because being a working woman means juggling *everything*—but skipping meals cooked at home shouldn’t be one of them!

**Today’s quick fix: Veg Korma (Shortcut Version)**

Hack alert: Use fresh-cut veggies you already have frozen to save prep time.
Secret twist: Add leftover coconut chutney as the base—it instantly brings flavor, creaminess, and saves tons of effort!

**How to make it (super quick):**

1. Heat oil, add basic spices (jeera, bay leaf if you have).
2. Toss in your veggies (frozen combo) with chopped onion and tomato with cumin powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
3. Add coconut chutney + a little water to adjust consistency.
4. Let it simmer for 8–10 minutes.

✨ Pair it with roti, rice, or even bread!

Fast. Filling. And super quick.
