Snato turns 8 !!!! EIGHT !!!! 🥹❤️
8 years ago, an impulsive, hardcore IT engineer convinced herself to start a brand from scratch — with zero experience and no business background in the family.
She took the plunge, bootstrapped Snato with her corporate job salary, and thought,𝘭𝘦𝘵’𝘴 𝘧𝘪𝘨𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘵 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘺.
And today, as her baby turns 8, she is one 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐝, 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫.
Snato has grown, travelled places, and helped me grow along the way.
I always imagined that if I ever started something of my own, it would never follow the hustle pattern. It would have its own pace, its own rhythm. Snato followed exactly that. And on this journey, I met some of the best people — people who started loving her, sometimes even more than I do.
When I started, I was told that business is a cut-throat place to be. That here, no one is really yours.
Well… I got my business besties while running Snato.
I got strangers promoting my brand — and how!
I met people who would manage my stall at pop-ups so I could take a breather.
I have patrons who tell me my soap stack needs to be refilled and trust me with their preferences.
If this is cut-throat, 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 it on.
Snato is growing at her own pace, in her own time, and in her mother’s little lala land. ❤️
