Creamy, smoky, crunchy β and way more flavourful than it sounds.
π For the Dahi Base:
β 2 cups curd (dahi)
β Salt to taste
β 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
β 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
π For the Marinade:
β 100g paneer (cubed)
β 1 capsicum (diced)
β 1 onion (diced)
β 2 tbsp curd
β 1 tbsp besan (gram flour)
β 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
β 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
β 1/2 tsp coriander powder
β 1/2 tsp jeera powder
β 1/2 tsp amchur powder
β Salt to taste
β 1/4 tsp garam masala (optional)
π For the Tadka (Tempering):
β 1 tsp ghee
β 1/2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
β 1 small onion, sliced
β 2 dried red chillies
β A handful of roasted peanuts (plus extra for garnish)
