Methi paratha forever and always winter ir summer, that aroma is just pure joy…

🌸 ingredients
2 cup chopped methi leaves
1 tbs ginger garlic chili crushed.
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
3 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp ajwain ( carrom seeds)
1 tbs besan
Salt oil
Curd

🌸 Method
I’m a mixing bowl add all ingredients.
Add water to make a dough.
Rest the dough for 10 mins.
Take small portion from the dough and start making paratha .
Heat tava add the paratha and cook from one side on a medium flame.
Flip the paratha and cook the other side.
Add desi ghee from all the side and roast it properly.
Likewise make all the paratha.
Serve hot with curd or chutney.
