The best thing about garlic butter prawns is that it only requires 4 to 5 ingredients and a few minutes to assemble. Indeed, I can whip this up with my eyes closed! Butter garlic + seafood is a combination that always reminds me of Goa. I’ve made more than my fair share of trips to the state and stayed at different places but one common factor is the food. Especially a dish like butter garlic prawns.
