Recipe -
Ingredients-
For marination -
Chicken-250gms
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Garam masala powder- 1/4tsp
Fennel seed,cumin seeds,coriander seed - Each 1/4tsp ( dry roast & grind )
Ginger garlic paste- 1tsp
Curd - 2tbsp
Onion - 1 medium sized
Green chilli- 2
Clove - 2nos
Cardamom - 2nos
Cinnamon-2nos
Salt
Oil
Method -
* Marinate the chicken for 30mins
* Heat a kadai with some oil , add clove , cinnamon , cardamom.
*Sauté green chillies & onions until slightly caramelised.
*Add the marinated chicken and cook for 10mins . ( add 2tbsp water if needed)
*Top with some freshly chopped coriander leaves
*Serve it hot with rice , roti , parotta .

Mochakottai kuzhambu
Method -
*Pressure cook Mochakottai and keep it aside .
*Heat a kadi, add oil & temper some jeera , mustard, urad dal & curry leaves.
*Add shallots and saute .
*Now add dhaniya powder , chilli powder , turmeric and salt .
*Add some tamarind juice and let it cook for couple of minutes.
*Add the cooked Mochakottai and some water and cook for 10mins .
*Finally add coconut paste and cook for 2-5 mins .
*Serve with rice , chapathi or dosa & ENJOY ❤️

Recipe 👇
Ingredients -
Almonds - 1/2cup
Cashews - 1/2cup
Walnut - 1/2cup
Dates - 1 cup (deseeded)
Pumpkin seeds - 1/4cup
sunflower seeds - 1/4cup
Poppy seeds - 2-3 tbsp
Sara paruppu - 1/4cup
Method
*Dry roast all the above mentioned ingredients (except dates ) seperately .
*Grind them into fine powder .
*Grind the dates separately .
*Add all the ingredients in a mixing Bowl, mix well.
*Mix it well with hands , take some mixture
roll with hands giving it a round shape.
*Store in a air tight container.
*Enjoy these Super Healthy & Nutritious Biotin Ladoos.
Note -
*Jaggery can be used instead of dates .

Parotta & Pepper Chicken Masala

Ingredients -
Chicken - 500gms
Onion - 3 nos
Tomato - 2nos
Green chilli - 3
Ginger garlic paste - 1.5 - 2 tsp
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Bay leaf - 1
Cumin seeds - 1 + 1/2 tsp (for tempering)
Fennel seeds - 1/2tsp
Cinnamon stick - 2 small sticks
Cloves - 3
Cardamom - 2
Poppy seeds - 1tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Dhania powder - 2tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Pepper powder - 3 tsp
Salt - 1 - 1.5 tsp ( as required)
Oil - 4 tbsp
Water - 3/4 - 1/2cup
Method
*Grind cumin seeds , fennel seeds , pepper , cinnamon sticks , cloves , cardamom . In a cup soak poppy seeds with some water for 30mins.
Add the soaked poppy seeds and grind it into thick smooth paste .
* Heat a kadai , add 4tbsp oil toast bay leaf, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds and some curry leaves. Saute chopped onions & green chillies until golden brown.
*Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes away.Add chopped tomatoes and cook till tender.
*Add chicken pieces along with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhania powder, pepper and salt. Saute till it coats well .
*Add in little water, cover and cook for 20 minutes in very low flame. The chicken has to be cooked thoroughly .
*Once you open the gravy will thicken, chicken will be cooked fully and the oil will separate on top.
*Garnish with fresh curry and coriander leaves. Switch off and serve.
* Serve with rice , parotta , idlis and dosa .
