Crispy Honey Sweet Chilli Corn 🌽✨

Ingredients 😋

Boiled corn 🌽
Corn flour – 2 tbsp 🥄
Rice flour – 1 tbsp 🥄
Maida – 1 tbsp 🥄
Pepper powder – ½ tsp 🌶️
Chilli powder – ½ tsp 🔥
Salt 🧂
Onion (finely chopped) 🧅
Sweet chilli sauce 🍯🌶️
Honey 🍯
Sesame seeds ⚪
Oil (for deep fry) 🛢️

Making 🔥

Take boiled corn in a bowl. Add corn flour, rice flour, maida, pepper powder, and chilli powder. Mix well so the corn is nicely coated. If needed, sprinkle a little water and mix.

Heat oil and deep fry the corn until golden and crispy. Remove and add a little salt. Add chopped onions and mix lightly.

Mix sweet chilli sauce with honey and toss it over the fried corn. Finally, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Serve hot and enjoy 😍🔥
