Ingredients for Soya Chunks Manchurian
- Soya Chunks – 75g (raw)
- Oil – 2 Tbsp
- Garlic – 1 Tbsp (chopped)
- Ginger – 1 tsp (chopped
- Onion – 1 (diced)
- Capsicum – ½ cup (diced)
- Green Chilli – 1 No
- Soy Sauce – 2 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup – 3 Tbsp
- Vinegar – 2 tsp
- Hapima® Fried Rice Mix - Hot & Spicy – 1 Pack
- Hapima® Crispy Fry Veg Mix - American – 1 Pack
- Water - Optional
- Spring Onion – for garnish

🥘 Cooking – Part 1
- Soak the soy chunks in boiling water for 3 mins
- Drain, squeeze gently, and dry completely.
- Coat with Hapima® CFV American
- Fry till golden brown & crisp

🥘 Cooking – Part 2
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add garlic, ginger, and green chilli; sauté until aromatic.
- Add onion and capsicum; sauté until slightly tender.
- Add Hapima® Fried Rice Mix - Hot & Spicy
- Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, and vinegar; mix well.
- Add fried soya chunks and toss well to coat.
- Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
