Instructions on how prepare the dough for the papdi-

1. Take 1 cup blanched spinach and use water to prepare a pureΓ©. Keep the consistency loose as it will be used for kneading the dough.

2. In 1 cup flour, add 1 tsp carom seeds (ajvain), salt to taste and use the spinach pureΓ© to knead a dough.

Easy to make, this mouthwatering snack will leave everyone hungry for more. You'll need some easy to find ingredients, an oven, a cup cake tray and your chef hat to make this yummy snack πŸ˜‹πŸ€—

Ingredients-
1. Bread slices (white or brown)
2. Butter
3. Chopped tomatoes, boiled potatoes, onions and amercian corn (or any veggies, really- feel free to experiment)
4. Chaat masala
5. Lemon juice
6. Chilly flakes
7. Oregano
8. Meethi saunth

Here's a healthy chaat recipe! A unique combination of curd and makhanas, you can never get enough of.

The taste of crunchy roasted makhanas dipped in sweet and sour curd is finger lickin goood πŸ˜‹πŸ‘Œ Ingredients-

1. 250 gm curd (hung for 15-20 mins)
2. 4 tsp powdered sugar
3. Salt to taste
4. 2 tbs ghee (or butter)
5. 100 gm makhanas (foxnuts)
6. A pinch of dry roasted cumin seeds, chaat masala (or rock salt) for garnishing
7. Dhaniya chutney (coriander and mint chutney)
8. Meethi saunth (see my earlier post on how to make instant meethi saunth!)
9. Fresh coriander
10. Pomegranate (or finely chopped tomato)
11. Sev

It tastes best when rested well in cold curd and sprinkled with love! πŸ₯°

Celebrating summer on my plate, with the ever-refreshing watermelon, tangy feta cheese and a zingy dressing! β˜€οΈ This irresistible sweet and salty combination is super easy to make and incredibly refreshing to taste. πŸ‰πŸ‰

How to make-

1. Cut cubes of a fresh watermelon and feta cheese. Use your imagination to arrange the pieces on a plate or simply toss them in a bowl.

2. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon rind.

3. Prepare the dressing with 1/2 tbs olive oil, 1 tbs lemon juice, 1 tbs brown sugar, rock salt to taste (remember feta is salty, so you don't want to put too much) and black pepper.

3. Glaze the salad with dressing.

Tastes best when chilled and served with love! πŸ˜‹β€οΈ
