Here's a healthy chaat recipe! A unique combination of curd and makhanas, you can never get enough of.
The taste of crunchy roasted makhanas dipped in sweet and sour curd is finger lickin goood ππ Ingredients-
1. 250 gm curd (hung for 15-20 mins)
2. 4 tsp powdered sugar
3. Salt to taste
4. 2 tbs ghee (or butter)
5. 100 gm makhanas (foxnuts)
6. A pinch of dry roasted cumin seeds, chaat masala (or rock salt) for garnishing
7. Dhaniya chutney (coriander and mint chutney)
8. Meethi saunth (see my earlier post on how to make instant meethi saunth!)
9. Fresh coriander
10. Pomegranate (or finely chopped tomato)
11. Sev
It tastes best when rested well in cold curd and sprinkled with love! π₯°
