In this line of tradition, Nanaji Namkeen, now a synonym to Bikaneri Bhujia was started in Bikaner in the year 1975 by Shri Shubh Karan Banthia, At that time the Bhujia of Bikaner was not very organized & were sold & Marketed in very ordinary paper bags, or loose, restricted to Bikaner town only. Shri Shubh Karan Banthia made Bhujia available in proper & beautiful poly-bags / pouches, in the market of Delhi. Gradually his hard labour & quality consciousness made Nanaji Bhujia a house hold name in India.
