V’s Supper Stories has been featured in ELLE Gourmet India, in a story about supper clubs across the country run by trained chefs, cooking outside the walls of a restaurant.
What began as one table, set with a handful of strangers, has slowly grown into something I didn’t fully expect, a space where food carries stories, and conversations happen naturally between courses. There’s something about cooking without the pressures of a restaurant that lets you cook exactly what the season, and the moment, calls for.
Being included in a piece that celebrates that kind of cooking means a lot. It’s a quiet reminder of why we started this in the first place.
