Ingredients:
• 2 cups boiled corn kernels
• 2 tbsp rice flour
• 2 tbsp besan (gram flour)
• Salt to taste
• 1 cheese cube, grated
• Water as required
• Oil for frying
Method:
1. In a mixing bowl, add boiled corn kernels.
2. Add rice flour, besan, salt, and grated cheese.
3. Gradually add water and mix to form a thick, smooth batter.
4. Heat oil in a pan.
5. Drop small portions of the mixture into the hot oil.
6. Fry on low flame for about 5 minutes, then increase to high flame and fry until golden brown and crispy.
7. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
