Recipe: Smoked Pork with Gochujang sauce ✨
Ingredients: Smoked pork, Gochujang sauce, oyster sauce, onion, spring onions and salt.
Instructions:
• Pressure cook smoked pork for up to 2 whistles. Let it cool. Rinse the water. Cut the meat in sizes as per choice.
• Heat a wok. Add the fatty pieces. Let the fat ooze out.
• Add the meaty pieces. Stir and let it cook for 5 minutes.
• Add oyster sauce and salt. Add a hint of hot water. Stir and let it cook for 5 minutes.
• Add onions and spring onions along with Gochujang sauce. Stir and then cover it and let it cook in simmer for 10 minutes.
• Serve with steaming hot rice 🍚
