The only mid week motivation you need 🔥
1. Add dollops of Wok Tok Sichuan Chilli Oil, Wok Tok Soya Drizzle, chopped garlic and a little sugar to a bowl.
2. Cook the sweet potato noodles until soft and translucent.
3. Transfer the noodles into the serving bowl and gently mix them with the sauce base.
4. Pour in very hot mushroom-based vegetable stock.
5. Ladle the hot broth over slowly.
6. Top with roasted peanuts for extra crunch and chopped coriander. Mix well and slurp away!
