This is one of those timeless dishes I learned from my maa… In fact, almost everything I cook today carries her touch. Growing up in a joint family, I saw her handle the entire kitchen with quiet strength…
No matter how tired she was, she never compromised on love or presentation. From simple panta bhat to rich mutton dishes —
everything she made felt special… perfect in its own way.

Today, I just try to follow her footsteps…
recreating those flavors, that warmth.
And I still wait for that one call after she watches my videos…
