🌟COCO-MANGO DESSERT DELIGHTS🌟
A silky tropical dessert crafted with the natural richness of coconut milk and the vibrant sweetness of ripe mangoes.

This elegant layered delight is prepared without using any oil, ghee, or butter, creating a light yet indulgent experience. Smooth, glossy and refreshing, every spoonful brings together the essence of tropical flavours with a delicate melt-in-the-mouth texture. Plated with fresh mango puree, juicy mango cubes, and mint for a refined tropical finish.

Recipe
Coconut Layer Ingredients and Method of Preparation

* 200 ml coconut milk
* Condensed milk as per taste
* 1 tbsp cornflour
* Pinch of salt
* ½ tsp cardamom powder

1. Add coconut milk, condensed milk, cornflour and salt to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Transfer to a pan, put cardamoms powder and cook on low flame while stirring continuously.
4. Cook until lightly thick and creamy.

Mango layer Ingredients and method of preparation
* Pulp of 2 ripe mangoes
* 1 tbsp cornflour
* 2 tbsp sugar
* Pinch of salt
* ½ tsp mango essence

1. Add mango pulp, sugar, cornflour and a pinch of salt to a blender.
2. Blend until completely smooth.
3. Transfer to a pan and cook on low flame, stirring continuously.
4. Cook until the mixture turns glossy and thick.
5. Switch off the flame and add mango essence. Mix.

Assembling
1. Pour the coconut mixture into silicone moulds.
2. Top with the mango mixture.
3. Refrigerate until fully set and chilled.
4. Garnish with mango puree, fresh mango cubes and fresh mint.

🌟Nilons Schezwan Soba Chicken Rice🌟
Bold flavors, wholesome ingredients and a platter bursting with Nilon's Schezwan magic! 🔥🍗🍚
Full recipe and method of preparation👇👇👇👇

Ingredients
For Chicken Marination
200 g boneless chicken, diced
Salt to taste
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp oil

For Rice & Noodles
1 cup Rozana basmati rice (cooked until 90% done and cooled)
1 bowl soba noodles, boiled with salt and little oil for 3 minutes, cooked until 90% done, cooled, and lightly coated with oil

For Stir Fry
5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
½ tsp ginger, grated
4 green chilies, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small carrot, julienned
1 handful shredded purple cabbage
1 handful yellow bell pepper, sliced
2 tbsp Nilons Schezwan chutney
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1.5 tbsp oil

Method of Preparation
Marinate the boneless chicken with salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and 1 tsp oil. Rest for 10–15 minutes.

Cook the Rozana basmati rice until 90% done. Cool completely and keep aside.
Boil the soba noodles with salt and a little oil for 3 minutes until 90% cooked. Drain, cool completely, and lightly coat with oil to prevent sticking.

Heat 1.5 tbsp oil in a wok or pan.
Add finely chopped garlic, chopped green chilies followed by grated ginger and saute until aromatic.
Add finely chopped onion and saute until slightly brownish.
Add julienned carrot, shredded purple cabbage and sliced yellow bell pepper along with salt and black pepper. Stir fry on high flame while keeping the vegetables crunchy.
Add the marinated chicken and cook until tender. Add 🌟Nilons Schezwan chutney🌟 and cook well with the chicken.
Toss in the boiled soba noodles and mix evenly.
Add cooled Rozana basmati rice.
Add tomato sauce, soya sauce, and the remaining 🌟Nilons Schezwan chutney🌟
Mix everything well until evenly coated.
Let it cook on slow heat for some time to absorb all the flavours.
Switch off the flame and serve hot.
