We are India’s first Concept dining restaurant to have a central grill within the restaurant wherein the chefs prepare
dishes as per the wish of guest’s taste/ taste of the guest’s - (We call it a Wish Grill as the probabilities are endless) with choices of exotic meats Rabbit/turkey/quail/Emu) along with other veg and non veg items (Chicken, prawns, fish, Corn, capsicum, etc)
We also have 6 non veg and 6 non veg items which are served on table in an unlimited fashion till the time the guest’s/you enjoy. We have the cold stone live icecream counter which is one of its own kinds and is a specialty of ours and is a must try. (We have variety of ice creams which are mixed with choices of mixers like – Gems, caramalized sugar, brownie, Oreos, corn chips etc). We also have a full stock bar ranging from variety of cocktail, tiki drinks (Which is our specialty), and other international and National wines, whiskies, white spirits etc. Apart from this we also have merchandise and Gift cards . We have variety of Grills and smokers ranging from 6 pax to 18 pax of specially designed for AB’s by Barbecook (A belgium based company)
Also we have Barbecue accessories – briquettes, Tongs, knife , forks etc. We have AB’s special marinades and oils to make an overall Barbeque Epxperience more exciting. This is done specially for AB’s by BSA (A Canadian based company). A lot more to come in near future....
